At TheLAShop you will always enjoy a 30-day money back guarantee. Customers may return new and unused products in the original packaging for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by TheLAShop with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for returning shipping cost, sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition--used products will not be accepted.

      A.) Domestic Returns

      1. Scope of Guarantee

      - Not all products on TheLAShop.com come with Domestic Returns. We will offer this service if the item's located warehouse is located in your country, including United States, United Kingdom, Australia.

      - The following situations are not included:
      1.) Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
      2.) Incorrect Order Information leads to Carriers returning the packages.

      2. Meaning of "unused and in the original packaging"

      A. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by TheLAShop and therefore cannot be returned.
      B. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
      C. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
      D. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed, will not be taken back.
      E. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses, or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed, or damaged, also cannot be returned.
      F. Personal items, no matter used or not, if without quality problem will not be accepted for return.

      3. When Can I Get My Refund?

      - Once we have proceeded in processing a refund for the additional charge, an email regarding the refund will be sent to your email address. You should see the amount back into your account within 3-5 business days. 

      - The handling fee will be charged from the refund amount if the package is returned because of the wrong shipping address provided by customer.

      4. Return Shipping Fee

      - Subject to the 30-day application for return and exchange, the buyer is responsible for paying both the first and the return shipping fee for merchandise of NOT free shipping, while only return shipping fee for merchandise of free shipping.

      5. Refuse Delivery of A Package

      - If you are not there to take the delivery, or plan to tell the carrier you refuse it, you must take it, BUT DO NOT OPEN IT; UPS drivers cannot accept open packages for returns. Go to the post office as soon as possible and tell them you refuse it; or Call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to let an agent know that you are refusing delivery of the package and wish to return it.

      - Buyers in unilateral action, return shipping fee will be charged in processing a refund.

      B.) Non Domestic Returns

      1. Scope of Guarantee

      - We will offer this service if the item is NOT located in your country.

      - The following situations are not included:
      1.) Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
      2.) Incorrect Order Information leads to Carriers returning the packages.
      3.) Item(s) damaged during transit you will not need to return. Instead, you will be able to request a full refund according to the actual situation.
