Shipping Guide

1. Can I choose a different shipping method?

Sure. When you checkout, you will be asked to fill in your name and billing address. Our system will calculate the actual shipping costs based on your location. You may then choose the shipping method you prefer. HOWEVER, P.O. Box addresses (PO Box) are not accepted.

2. Can I change my shipping address once the order is placed? If not, what can I do?

- Orders can be modified within 30 minutes of submission. Please call us, or send an email to customer support, and provide the new shipping address in advance. Please note that modifications are not guaranteed unless confirmed by a representative.

2A. If order information cannot be modified, we can arrange for one of the following below:
a) Arrange UPS Will Call Pick Up (free of charge; valid ID will be needed in order for UPS to release your package)
b) Reroute the package with UPS (a rerouting fee will be applied and pricing varies based on location and weight of the item)
c) A handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the package is returned because of the wrong shipping address provided by the customer.

3. How much is shipping?

We ship via UPS and rates are computed in real time and by using the chosen vendor shipping table cost. The charge is calculated based on your package weight, size, your shipping address, and the shipping method you choose. Normally, UPS has the best shipping rates in the industry.

4. How do I get Free Shipping?

We will have occasional promotions/coupons for shipping. Simply choose to accept marketing offers on the checkout page to get all the latest information on Events, Sales, and Offers.

5. What does the Free Shipping Offer refer to?

For now, our Free Shipping offer refers to Free UPS Mail Innovations, UPS SurePost® & UPS Ground according to package's weight and dimension, when you enter any address within 48 United States (no P.O.Box addresses), which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we use DHL Express Worldwide for international shipping to Canada, Australia, and the rest of world.

For orders shipping to Canada, your order will normally ship within three business days once your payment details have been verified. You will receive a tracking # when the order ships and it may take up to 3-7 business days for delivery, provided that it's cleared by customs. Insurance is covered for all international shipments. Customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier.

For orders shipping to the rest of world, your order will also be shipped within 3 business days after payment detail verification. TheLAShop is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays, and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred with the shipment (Custom clearance handling fees and/or Duty fees).

7. When will my order ship?

Domestic orders are scheduled to be processed the same business day if your payment is completed by 12PM PST/2:00PM CST/ 3:00PM EST. Due to high volume, we are not able to guarantee same-day shipping, however, we will try our best to fulfill your order by the following business day.

International packages are scheduled to be processed within 2 business days, as we need to verify your payment details. 

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major U.S holidays, will ship on the following business day. We may ship each product separately from different warehouses, as we utilize alternative warehouses across the Continental United States.

8. When can I get my package?

Domestic orders: Usually will be delivered in 2-4 business days for the lower 48 States. Orders are fulfilled by our California or Georgia warehouse. We may ship each product separately from different warehouses depending on inventory availability.

Non Domestic orders:

Currently, we use DHL Express Worldwide for international shipping to Canada, Australia and the rest of world.

9. Can I pick up my order locally?

- Local Pickup is now available in our Southern California, City of Industry location. Please contact us first at 888-525-9222 during our normal business hours. We have multiple warehouses and will need to check on inventory availability first. After confirming, we will be able to assist you on placing a new order for pick up. We appreciate your understanding.

Here is how it works:

  • During checkout, select the delivery method: Pick up
  • After the payment is made, an order confirmation will be sent to you. (If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder)
  • Wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email
  • We will hold your item at our store for 5 business days; fail for pick up is subject to order cancellation/refund
  • If you cannot pick up your order within 5 business days, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat

We have multiple warehouses in the United States. If the item you purchased is not available for pick up at our California warehouse, we will be able to ship it to you. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange accordingly.

Notice: A signature is required at the time of the pickup.

 

Who can pick up your order:

You can pick up your order or choose someone else to pick up. To have your order picked up by someone else, contact us to provide their name as an ID is required at the time of pickup.
