Fast, Easy, And Effective Workouts
Let’s face it; workouts are time-consuming. Who has time to be in the gym for the entire day? Most people feel as though they would be in better shape if they simply had more time in their busy schedules to work out. However, most people don’t know that you can get an effective workout done in as little as 15 minutes! It’s all about maximizing the time that you do have!
Start Off By Warming Up
To have an effective workout, you must start with a quick warm-up. Believe it or not, you can warm up your body in under a minute. Simply stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Bend your elbows in first in front of your chest and shoulders. Dip down into a deep bend. When you lower into your squat, lift your arms and open your palms toward the sky. Do this as many times as you can for about a minute.

Squats With Dumbbells
You can begin this exercise by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding your dumbbells to the side. Lower into a deep squat by pushing your hips down and bending your knees. Press through heels to return to the starting position and repeat.
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Take the usual shoulder’s with an apart stance. Hold your dumbbells with your arms bent in front of your shoulders. Be sure to keep your palms facing inward as you lift and slowly lower the weights.
Dumbbell Deadlift
Keep a natural stance, with your back straight and your abs tight. Lift your dumbbells from off the floor, keeping your back as straight shoulders and even as possible when you lift the dumbbells to about waist height. Bend at the waist and hold the dumbbell just a few inches above the ground.
Push-Ups
Most people know how to do a simple pushup. However, there are various types of push-ups that you can do that will work different parts of your body. Try a diamond pushup to work your inner arms or a plank to work your stomach and core.

Squat to Shoulder Press
This full-body workout utilizes muscles in the legs, core, and arms. Start with your feet shoulder’s width apart. Using heavier weights in each hand, squat down. Finally, stand up and press your arms overhead. To make the move more challenging, add a forward or side lunge, use heavier weights.
Bridge to Head Hanger
Headbangers are challenging, but they are also convenient! Get on the floor and lay down on your back with your knees bent, and arms bent over your chest. Use a dumbbell in each hand to curl over your head as you press your feet into the ground and lift your hips. Repeat this method 10 to 12 times.
