Check the center lock and the wheel's balance. If the center screw isn't tightened down with an Allen key, there's too much "play" between the wheel and the axle. Additionally, an off-center weight distribution will cause gravity to pull the wheel back at its stopping point, resulting in backward motion. Need more help?
