- Upload your design in a vector format (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG) with a transparent background.
- Process: Pre-sale Consultation (if necessary) → Upload → Verification (1-2 days) → Confirmation → Production (5-10 days) → Quality Inspection before shipment → Shipping (DHL: 10-15 days) → Delivery

1-b. Logo/Pattern/Text not finished design (We currently do not provide design-from-scratch services for logos, patterns, or text.):
- Provide your logo, pattern in picture format (JPG) or text.
- Process: Pre-sale Consultation (if necessary) → Upload → Verification (2-5 days) → Design Sketch Approval → Confirmation → Production (5-10 days) → Quality Inspection before shipment → Shipping (DHL: 10-15 days) → Delivery
- Provide your logo, pattern in picture format (JPG) or text.
2. Printable Area
- Our printing methods (UV, Foil Stamping, Debossing) have specific printable areas. Please refer to our images for reference.
3. Document Requirements (Finished Design)
- Vector file (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG) with a transparent background.

- Customized items are generally not returnable or exchangeable, except for quality issues.
