• We utilize Silk Screen Printing method, and the logo designs have specific printable areas. Please refer to our images for reference.

3. Document Requirements (Finished Design)

• Vector file (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG) with a transparent background.

    • Logo/pattern/text
    • Printable area and dimensions

4. Return Policy

• Customized items are generally not returnable or exchangeable, except for quality issues.
• Slight variations between design sketches and actual products may occur.
• You will approve a color rendering of your design on the product before production begins.
